The Shahrazad restaurant served the best fresh meat and fish I've tasted, particularly their well-seasoned salads and the outstanding eggplant salad.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was inconsistent, alternating between being too loud and freezing, which was quite disruptive.

Stunning views of the sea greeted us every morning.

Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to our expectations. The pool was not clean, leading to a health scare when my child developed an ear infection after swimming. Additionally, the dining options in the main restaurant left much to be desired, especially for children, as the meals were lacking in variety and nutrition. It was disappointing to find no beach service for refreshments despite the heat, and we felt forgotten by the staff during our beach visits.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and an outdoor swimming pool, along with the convenience of free parking, made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free with easy access to the stunning beaches nearby.

I enjoyed my time here. The staff were attentive and made my stay memorable. The gym had a good range of equipment. I spent time relaxing by the heated indoor pool. The dining was diverse, and I especially liked the Lebanese restaurant where Waleed provided excellent service. I found the beach enjoyable despite a few stones. Overall, it was a pleasant getaway, offering something for everyone. My background as an art historian made the experience particularly enriching.

This place suits me perfectly with its amazing amenities like the beach access, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with bug spray on my first stay. Don't miss the incredible service from Amr and Belal in the restaurant! I’m definitely coming back for a city break.

Lovely well-maintained grounds, three fabulous pools, and a private beach with coral galore! My room was spacious with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Perfect for enjoying the warm breeze under those palm trees!

However, watch out for the unexpected mini-bar charge. I didn’t sign up for a cola-drinking contest! It's a bit silly for a posh hotel to have such mix-ups.

We had a room on the second floor, and the view was a sight to behold the mountains looked incredible. One night, they surprised us with balloons and a cake in our room for our anniversary really added a special touch.

It wasn't inexpensive but acceptable for what you get.

The staff were polite and super helpful really making it easy to enjoy ourselves. The location is stunning with warm pools and a calm beach perfect for relaxation.

Some food options were underwhelming and lacked flavor which was disappointing. Additionally, the ocean temperature was quite cold for swimming.

the staff made our stay unforgettable , from Hadeer checking on us even on her vacation to Salah's friendly attitude by the beach. the food was fantastic , especially at the Lebanese & Asian restaurants. lovely clean grounds too!
