my second stay in lourdes was even better than before! lutetia impressed me with its clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location near the train station. highly recommend for a short stay, excellent value for money!

During my recent stay at Hotel Lutetia, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and caring staff. The room was exceptionally clean, with a well-maintained bathroom that had hot and cold water, fresh towels, and toiletries replenished daily. The hotel provided strong and reliable wifi in both the room and common areas. The breakfast offered was sufficient to start the day. What stood out the most was the courteous and efficient hotel staff. When we needed to print an important email, the front desk printed it for us at no additional cost, showcasing remarkable customer service. The location of the hotel was also great, with just a 10-minute walk to the Grotto. Hotel Lutetia not only exceeded my expectations but also provided great value for money. I will definitely choose this place again for my next visit to Lourdes. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at a hotel that is conveniently located near the railway station, making it extremely easy to explore the city and visit various attractions. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings of the hotel.

We were disappointed to find that there were no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, which made it slightly inconvenient for meals.

I had a great time at Hotel Lutetia. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the old town. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with new bathrooms. the hotel had a bar downstairs for drinks and the owners, who are Italian, served excellent food. I will definitely stay here again!

Helpful receptionist, friendly staff, good dinner, strong internet, powerful heater, close to train station and Sanctuary. Spartan interior but clean and bright with mountain view. Comfortable room, friendly check-in and check-out, tasty breakfast. Welcoming staff, clean and comfortable hotel. Beautifully cooked and served dinner. Will stay here again.
