The complimentary shuttle service to the center of the city was a bonus, making it convenient to explore different attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast offered a variety of dishes, and I appreciated the option for a takeaway box on our early departure. The staff was exceptional, offering helpful advice and even assisting with bike rentals. This hotel made our trip smooth and enjoyable.

The hotel had a convenient shuttle service and excellent staff who were helpful in organizing the next stages of my trip. the lush and green grounds were a great place to relax, and the rooms were nicely decorated with lots of finishing touches. the pool was a nice spot to unwind.

The hotel was a little far from the center of town and the walk back wasn't pleasant with uneven pavements and dodging traffic. Additionally, there were some issues with noise from neighboring properties.

The hotel even offered free on-demand chauffeur driven cars to and from the city center, so it was easy to explore the beautiful outskirts of Ubud. The rooms were cute, cosy, and perfect for a couples' getaway. The entire property, including the stunning walk through the rice fields, was truly amazing. The pictures don't do justice to this place - you need to experience it personally.

As old people, we absolutely loved the beautiful hotel and grounds, as well as the first-rate shuttle service around Ubud. The staff took excellent care of us when I sprained my ankle, and the food in the restaurant was excellent and a great value. The service and attention to detail at the hotel were the absolute best we've experienced during our travels.
