I absolutely loved my recent stay at the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, especially the spa and pool. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I appreciated the spaciousness. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was outside of the city center, making it easy to get the bus into town. We were able to catch the bus right outside of the hotel and it took us to the central square Bellecour. The hotel had great facilities, including a fitness area and a swimming pool, which we enjoyed using during our stay. The room was comfortable and modern, and the service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were no extra touches in the room that we would have expected for the price we paid.

Excellent facilities with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, and tennis courts. Friendly staff helped with luggage and accommodated early check-in. Rooms were comfortable with the option to upgrade for a pool view. Amazing pool deck and lounge areas.

The hotel had a nice outdoor pool area and spa that we enjoyed using. The room was simple but comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a good restaurant, and the food was delicious.

The location of the hotel was not great, as it was far from the city center and not convenient for sightseeing. We were disappointed to learn that we had to pay extra to use the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Stayed in a nearby apartment building, huge rooms. No direct entrance to the SPA but visiting it was a pleasure.

Such a delightful surprise to be "upgraded" to a small apartment in the annex, complete with inconvenient separate toilet and uncomfortable feel for a family with a little boy.

I recently stayed at this luxury hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location of this place was somewhat on the outskirts of the city, but it was alright as it was still close to the center, just not within walking distance. The staff were fantastic, explaining all the myriad of facilities available, and were always available and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also great, with a restaurant that served delicious food and a bar/lounge area where I could relax and unwind. The highlight of my stay was the leisure spa & wellness center, which had fantastic facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this venue to others.

Despite the many positives, there were a few minor downsides to my stay. the location made getting anything difficult, as there was nothing within walking distance for dinners.

Fabulous outdoor hot spa, spacious rooms, helpful staff, satisfying breakfast, free parking, beautiful river walks.
