The entertainment options at the hotel are lacking and could be improved.

Very well appointed resort on the coast with plenty of sun loungers. Sea view junior suite had modern decor and a small balcony. Greeted with chocolates and a bottle of cava upon arrival. Comfortable mattress, large TV screens with popular channels. Animation staff offered daily classes/games.

The location on the harbour was perfect, with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. The restaurant here, although having a restricted food choice, was much quieter and less chaotic compared to the main restaurant. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a private pool area and a hot tub on our balcony. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and charming. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The location of this place is fantastic, right by the pier and within walking distance to the restaurants by the pier. Plus, it's situated on the beautiful Caleta De Fuste beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the ocean. The hotel is also located in a first gated area inside the Barcelo Castillo Beach Resort complex, providing a sense of exclusivity and security.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great view from balcony and close to the beach. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and the cocktails at the pool bar were excellent!

The staff at the front desk weren't friendly and didn't seem interested in helping us at all. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, there was a lack of variety and the food wasn't that good overall. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillow was too hard, we didn't sleep well.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and overlooked the private pool area and ocean beyond. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large sandy beach, a great spa, bars, and restaurants. The location was perfect, with everything within a short walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The premium buffet was really nice with good food options. the separate premium all-inclusive with the ice cream bar and cocktail bar was a great advantage. the hotel had a great location near the harbor, providing easy access to restaurants and activities.

The animation team and kids club were a letdown. the mini disco was the worst I've seen, with the entertainers not engaging with the children.

the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive to all of our requests. They made us feel welcome and remembered our preferences, such as our drink orders. the food quality at the buffet was top-notch, with freshly cooked items made to order, reducing wastage. the resort was also very peaceful and quiet, making it easier to relax and enjoy our stay. the service, food, and atmosphere were exceptional.
