We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in a central location. The attention to detail was impeccable, and we were especially impressed by the hotel's accommodations for our 1-year-old. They provided everything we needed, from a crib to bath supplies. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the comfortable ambiance made it easy for me to work during my stay. we were pampered and felt like VIPs throughout our time at Madame Reve.

Although the hotel is still new and working out a few kinks, the staff was always attentive and apologetic for any delays. There were only two check-in desks, which sometimes caused a wait, but it was understandable as they provided great service to other guests.

Beautiful rooms, delicious lobby scent. Rooftop a big plus with friends during our stay. High standard plume, great staff. Good breakfast menu, outstanding avocado and egg Benedict.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious, fulfilling all of my exclusive needs. the service was outstanding, catering to every request with the utmost attention to detail. the Spa & wellness centre was a delightful addition, offering a range of beauty treatments that left me feeling pampered and relaxed. I especially enjoyed the full body massage, something I would highly recommend. the sun terrace and loungers were a great escape, while the sun umbrellas ensured I stayed comfortable in the heat. the exclusive private facilities in my room were exceptional, providing a sense of opulence and sophistication.

this was quickly remedied by the warm and helpful reception staff.

Our romantic escape was filled with lovely surprises. We were happy to receive two complementary drinks that made us feel welcomed. the hotel was situated in a perfect location, near the most popular attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the city. Our room's view was breathtaking. We enjoyed waking up every morning to the wonderful view.

Despite the hotel's impressive decoration, the customer service in the breakfast room did not match the hotel's standards. They were slow and unresponsive.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing. The room was wonderful, with beautiful decor and incredible views from the enormous windows. The location was perfect, close to the Louvre, cafes, and shops. The staff treated us warmly and were helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been improved, particularly the fries.
