I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

We had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood in the 17th arrondissement. We were just a two-minute walk away from the Wagram metro line, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The area felt safe and residential, providing a peaceful atmosphere during our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent local bus service near the hotel. Taking the no.31 bus from the top of avenue de wagram made getting around Paris so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, with l'occitane products and slippers as a nice touch. The free WIFI was reliable and fast. Despite a few minor wear and tear issues, the hotel was quiet and peaceful at night. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

Had a great Thanksgiving at a comfortable hotel just a few minutes from all the action of downtown! the beds were super comfortable and the coffee was perfect. They even offered a nice little snack to keep you going between meals. the hotel is surrounded by convenience stores and local bakeries that you must try, and you're only a short walk from must-see places in the city.

The walls were too thin, and we could hear guests next door arguing and leaving their room earlier in the morning. We also noticed that the cleaning staff didn't take all of our waste and left it in the room, and the elevator was too small to fit anything more than a couple of people.

Best Western was incredibly welcoming, with a special mention to Mohamed, Ivan, and a gentleman from African roots. The room was comfortable with a great bed for a good night's sleep. The daily cleaning service was a plus, and the room was spacious enough for a couple. The staff was charming, and the shower was excellent. The location was perfect, in a calm residential area close to a metro station and just 2 km away from Champs-Elysées. a good experience and would stay again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like a coffee/tea maker and toiletries provided. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful.

One negative aspect is that the bathroom showers are small and can lead to a flooded bathroom after each use.
