We loved the location, being directly in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to have a place to sleep that was very close to the main attractions. The apartment was very nice, with recently renovated features and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff was friendly and polite.

Our stay at the Serviced Apartments - Madalena was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions and plenty of amenities nearby. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being in an old building, there was an elevator which was a bonus. The best part was the quietness of the room, providing a peaceful night's sleep.

We did experience some issues with noise from other guests and the corridor illumination during the night. Additionally, there was a slight moldy smell in the bathroom.

The hotel facilities were great, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable lounge area for meals and breakfast. The staff were lovely, especially Yolanda, who went above and beyond to assist me when I needed it. The cleanliness was top-notch, with daily cleaning available upon request. Additionally, the opportunity to use the lockers to store my luggage after checkout was a huge help, considering my late flight.
