For the value, our stay at Mercure was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel's location was perfect. The staff, especially Nadia, Paul, and the two Maries at the reception, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved by ensuring that the scrambled eggs were served warm.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Place Stanislas and right across from the train station. The air-conditioning kept us cool during the hot weather, and we appreciated the extra sitting area in our spacious room. We also enjoyed the bar area, with its modern decor and collection of art books. we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.

Great Easter stay close to the train station. Rooms were clean and spacious, offering a fantastic view. Key location with walking distance to the city center and parking garage nearby. Breakfast was extensive with plenty of options.
