Spent Christmas at a gorgeous castle surrounded by beautiful nature. Loved the cozy and relaxed atmosphere that was perfect for the holidays. the festive decorations and live music were a nice touch. the highlight of the stay was the delicious Christmas dinner, which offered a variety of traditional dishes and flavors. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay. Plus, the location was great – close to shops and attractions.

The room was a little disappointing. It was small and felt a bit outdated, and the bathroom could have used some modern upgrades.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the beautiful architecture of the hotel, which gave it a fairy tale-like feel. the spacious rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to Lake Como and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding lakes. the hotel had a lovely outdoor pool where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance.

the reception staff lacked friendliness and seemed a bit distant. the room windows were not well-insulated, causing a draft and chilly nights.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room, although small, was still comfortable and offered a lovely view of the surrounding gardens. The staff were accommodating and the location, just a short drive from Como, was both convenient and cozy.
