During our recent detour from Bordeaux to Biarritz, we had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mercure Moulin De Madame in a beautifully restored mill. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a small spa and fitness center. The restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices, and the breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh, high-quality items. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Cosy accommodation, fair location, nice patio. Paint marks on toilet seat off-putting. Pricey breakfast and dinner. Fridge needs better ventilation. Fabulous river view from some balconies. Saw Kingfishers and an Osprey. Good meal in restaurant. Beautifully restored mill. Big room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Good quality amenities. Nice spa/beauty centre. Small fitness room but well-working machines. Great jacuzzi and hamam. Good breakfast with quality products. Convenient location near town centre. Clever styling of rooms. Thoughtful concierge.

The room was spacious and had a large bathroom with a good shower. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the hotel's location was within walking distance of the town center, making it easy to explore the area.

The restaurant was not open every day, limiting dining options. the staff's lack of English-speaking ability, except for the breakfast guy, made communication difficult at times.
