Kids will have a blast in the playground with a view, while I relax in the spa. Also, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly.

Oh, and let's not forget the amazing surprise picnic basket. with 4 soggy samoosas and 2 packets of crisps.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel high in the mountains. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding valley. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a large balcony to enjoy the scenery. The hotel provided top-notch service, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The amenities were excellent, with a beautiful outdoor pool and a bonus indoor pool for those cooler days. I also appreciated the range of activities available, including a scenic hike around the estate. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a great stay in a comfortable room with a nice bathroom. The service was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings and the restaurant had a card machine for easy payment.

The service at dinner and lunch was a bit slow, and more staff would have been helpful during peak times.

We had the most amazing stay at By Dream Resorts! The view from our self-catering chalet was absolutely stunning, with the mountain pass sloping down and beautiful citrus trees in the distance. The chalet itself was fully equipped and felt like a home away from home. We also enjoyed watching the birds, including hummingbirds, attracted by the giant King Protea right in front of our deck. The resort offered a variety of activities for both adults and kids, including archery, hiking trails, and a fantastic zip line experience. The outdoor and indoor swimming pools were a great addition, and we loved relaxing by the poolside. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and their red cappuccino was a special treat. we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this resort.

We were given two complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect, with stunning views and plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. the room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Our new year's experience was tainted by the many unruly children who dominated the pool area, making it impossible for us to enjoy it. the food portions were too large, making it difficult to enjoy and several of our requests were ignored by the kitchen staff.

enjoyed our stay at citrusdal again and by dream resorts really impressed us. well-equipped chalets, spacious rooms, and aircon were a plus. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even helping us connect to wifi. definitely more comfortable than home!
