Great location near attractions, cafes & restaurants. Clean room with comfortable bed and lovely bathtub. Well-organized reception. No lift, but glad to be on lower floor. Small twin room, but warm & cozy. Good breakfast for the price. Inexpensive street parking. Perfect for exploring Chartrons area.

The hotel is located in a traditional historic area of the city, close to the center and conveniently near a tram stop. The rooms are spacious and have a big bathroom, mainly with a shower, which is a great feature. The staff provides basic amenities and the breakfast is satisfying.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything, including many good restaurants in the charming Chartrons area. The river promenade is just a few blocks away, and the St Jean train station is easily accessible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with tea/coffee making facilities. The staff is helpful and accommodating, as seen when they promptly provided a new room when requested.

The hotel lacks 24/7 reception service, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. Our room was modern and well-equipped, exceeding our expectations. The location was a bonus, being a quiet street with a beautiful cathedral nearby. The tram stop made getting around easy. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although our room was great, we did encounter a tricky door lock that wasn't explained to us. Luckily, we managed to figure it out before the front desk closed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to two tram lines and situated in a traditional historic area of the city. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage after checking out and even printing a ticket for me. The rooms were small but very comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast served in the room was delicious, featuring fresh French pastries. I also appreciated the staff speaking fluent English, which is not always the case in this country.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there were tea and coffee facilities available, which was handy for my early mornings. Another advantage was the location, with great sights and museums close by. The neighborhood is also convenient for finding bars, restaurants, bakeries, and patisseries.

On the negative side, my room was quite warm, even with the air conditioning on high, and there was no way to adjust or regulate the temperature. The view from the window was also not very pleasant as there was a lack of privacy, with the building opposite able to see straight into my room.
