Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was modern, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The kitchenette in the room was a useful addition, allowing me to make tea and simple meals. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Bossonett Ski Lift, giving easy access to the ski slopes. The view from my room was fantastic, I could see the ski slopes right from my window. The hotel also had pleasant gardens and an outdoor pool, although it was closed during my visit. Throughout my stay, the staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the staff were friendly. the location was perfect for skiing and offered easy access to the slopes. the view from our room was breathtaking and made our Christmas experience enjoyable.

The ski locker room was dirty and not centrally located. the hotel design was poor and needed updating.

The location was lovely, and the hotel itself was smart and well-maintained. The staff were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The spa area was a great place to relax after a day of skiing. I also appreciated being able to keep one of our rooms on late so we could ski and change before heading home.

The towels provided were thin and small, which was a bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The dining room didn't have enough capacity, especially during busy weekends.
