The breakfast at Hotel Oxo was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed freshly baked bread, flavorful coffee, and perfectly scrambled eggs. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of town and a short walk to the beach. The cleanliness of our room and bathroom was impeccable, making our stay even more comfortable. Despite our late arrival, the reception staff was accommodating and provided excellent service.

Although the room was quite small and the shower was tiny, it didn't greatly affect our overall experience. The lack of an elevator may be inconvenient for guests with difficulty climbing stairs, but the staff was helpful in carrying our luggage.

The Hotel Oxo in Biarritz exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and service provided. Additionally, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the small window looking out onto a public terrace to the well-stocked toiletries in the bathroom, every little touch made our stay more comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's central location was a major selling point. It was right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and accessing the nearby beach. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests made us feel well taken care of.

All aspects of our stay were excellent.

Decor funky 21st boutique style which added to the experience and helped us to relax. Rooms were cleverly designed which made excellent use of space. Conveniently situated within walking distance of local amenities, great for exploring the local area.

Limited storage space which made it difficult to organise our belongings. Noise levels quite high due to the hotel's central location which affected our sleep.

Perfect location for golfers to hit the beach or explore the city after a game. The staff knows all the hot spots for food and drinks. Don't miss out on the golf pass and spa treatments!

My only complaint? Not enough time to enjoy all the entertainment options and visit Bayonne's museums and old city!

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to access all the attractions and amenities in the area. Guests have mentioned that the shower pressure is strong, providing a satisfying shower experience. The hotel is also situated in the Media building carpark, allowing easy access to parking facilities for those driving.

There was some street noise, especially on Friday night, and the windows couldn't be closed due to lack of air conditioning. The room had a slight unpleasant smell and felt a bit outdated.
