This hotel is a true gem in the heart of a charming village. The location couldn't be better - right in the center of the village. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the owner adds a personal touch that makes the stay even more memorable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and full of character.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Caunes-Minervois. the owner, Frederic, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the historic building added to the charm. the highlight of our stay was the wonderful breakfast served in the amazing courtyard, surrounded by old and modern sculptures. Frederic even took us on a visit to a nearby winery, which was a delightful treat. we highly recommend Hotel Restaurant D'Alibert for its warm hospitality and unique ambiance.

Located in a charming medieval town, the hotel has an impressive structure with an open courtyard. the spacious room with updated bathroom and a balcony overlooking the courtyard was impressive. the owner was helpful in recommending local wines to enjoy and places to visit. the hotel is located near local wineries and Castles of Cathar making it a good base for exploring the area.

The narrow streets to get to the hotel can be tricky to navigate, especially for larger vehicles. the GPS is not reliable, so asking for directions is essential.

We were pleasantly surprised by the unique charm and character of this hotel. The mixture of old and new in its Renaissance building created a delightful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful stone walls adorned with pictures of the owner's relatives. Fredo, the owner, was a charismatic and witty host who made us feel right at home. The accompanying dining room offered a terrific dinner experience. Despite a bit of a challenge finding the hotel, our overall stay was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm and character.
