We had a pleasant stay at a hotel that is located in the center of Surabaya, making it convenient for our office visits. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good view of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception was warm and welcoming, providing efficient check-in and check-out. The breakfast had a variety of options and we enjoyed sitting in the cafe, even during the busy morning rush. The facilities, such as the outdoor pool and fitness center, were exceptional and added to our overall experience.

Good breakfast selection, nice pool area with shaded seating, night open air cinema available. Warm greeting by helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms with high-quality bedding. Convenient location for easy access to the west area of the city. Staff always provide assistance with a warm smile.

Great location near toll/highway entrance & exit, restaurants, malls, gas stations. Spacious and clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Nice pool and open-air cinema.

The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the room is clean compared to other hotels I've been to. The swimming pool and gym are also acceptable, especially the swimming pool area. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a great time during the Xmas stay. Loved the amazing complementary WIFI and parking facilities. the hotel's ideal location was an added advantage to my shopping spree. the staffs were very courteous and always smiling.

The pool area could use some improvement, as the shower was not clean. the rooms could benefit from enhanced maintenance and better cleaning.
