The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the town and taking day trips to nearby villages and even Italy. It was very convenient to have the train station close by. I had an issue with a blocked shower drain during my stay, but the owner, Guy, was very responsive and resolved the problem quickly. The family-run hotel had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Staying at this stylized boutique hotel located in the heart of Menton was like stepping into a racy 19th-century building frozen in time. The lounge, with its gilded rails delimiting the different spaces, was a charming space to enjoy a delicious breakfast. It felt like dining in a grand era, surrounded by elegance and luxury.

I had a great experience staying at Richelieu in Menton. the staff at the hotel, from the boy at the desk to the landlady at breakfast, were all very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with finding the parking place and provided us with useful information. the location of the hotel is excellent, with everything in walking distance, including a beautiful free beach that can be reached through the charming old city. the room, although a bit dated, was clean, comfortable, and had a good choice of TV channels and reliable wifi. it was a good value hotel for a short stay in Menton.
