One staff member was too pushy with trying to sell boat tickets. The noise from the bar across the street was disruptive at night.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing us to check in early. Our room was spacious, clean, and had beautiful views from the terraces. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and surrounded by cafes and patisseries. The neighborhood felt safe and authentic. Although breakfast was not included, it was reasonably priced and we enjoyed having it on the terrace. we highly recommend this hotel for its charm and character.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was the best, as it was close to shops, restaurants, and the metro stop. Being in a student area, it had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. I loved that I could easily walk to famous landmarks like Notre Dame and also take the Bateaux Bus for sightseeing. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, recommending great restaurants and providing excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, with the best bed I have ever slept on. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities like air-conditioning, a kettle for making tea, and a nice balcony with a view of the charming Paris streets. The hotel even offered free small cookies and sweets in the restaurant area for guests to enjoy anytime.

Despite the language barrier, communication was not a problem as the staff was welcoming and professional. I particularly appreciated their assistance in resolving an issue with a taxi driver. The room itself was excellent, with comfortable beds and all amenities in working order. I loved the USB ports near the bed, making it easy to charge our devices. The spacious room also had a large TV, which is a rare find in most hotels. The location was ideal, within a short walking distance to Notre-Dame de Paris, the metro, and great restaurants and coffee shops. the customer service was exceptional, and I plan on returning soon.
