Luxurious amenities fulfilled all of my needs at this top-tier hotel. The stylish decor and exclusive furniture in my spacious room were impressive. The huge swimming pool and impeccable service exceeded my expectations. I also enjoyed the good and high-quality food that was offered. The massage I received in the old and small spa was the best I had experienced in a long time.

The service staff was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. I accidentally left my charger in the restaurant and called reception to check if it was found, but no one got back to me.

Great lake view from the room balcony and plush interior décor with a vintage feel. The hotel provides a free shuttle to central town. A perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and to unwind.

Pokey spa facilities that felt haphazardly maintained, especially the hamam, and the outdoor pool was closed during winter, hence neglected. Service left a lot to be desired, with not enough experienced staff to accommodate guests.
