The lift often faltered, requiring us to climb six flights of stairs!!! Miscommunication on deposit refunds was frustrating, and the limited fitness facility left much to be desired!!! Room sizes not as expected, lacking adequate storage!!!

The decor was incredible, spacious room, fantastic bathroom, and the pool area was maybe the coolest I've seen. I loved the quirky spa features too, especially that jacuzzi feature in the pool!
