The staff were attentive, friendly, and hospitable. Great location, with a heated outdoor pool, private terrace, and parking. Lovely bathroom amenities and a variety of high-quality amenities. The champagne breakfast and spa facilities were superb. Short walk to Eguisheim town center and wine tasting venues.

The location of James Vignoble Hotel was perfect, nestled among beautiful wine fields. I loved enjoying breakfast in the sunlit room, overlooking the vineyard and city. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in the vineyards surrounding the most adorable little Alsace town. The views were breathtaking, with beautiful vineyards stretching as far as the eye could see. It truly was a quiet and serene place, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of a amazing small medieval city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the charm of the village. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet and the fantastic view from the hotel. the hotel offers great facilities and advantages for a comfortable stay.

It would have been even better if there were more dining options available at the hotel, such as traditional local dishes or a variety of snacks.

The view of the surrounding nature was breathtaking and created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. the outdoor pool was nice and refreshing, perfect for swimming during the summer. the breakfast had a decent selection of items, and we were pleased to find some local treats that we hadn't tried before. the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, giving us easy access to local attractions.

Sadly, our experience was dampened by a few negative aspects. the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired.

Had a very comfortable and spacious family deluxe room with a beautiful view. The hotel went above and beyond by offering Tarte Flambée and a board with ham and cheese when we arrived and the local restaurants were closed. The staff were attentive and provided coffee and water in the minibar every day. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing after a day of exploring nearby attractions. I highly recommend James Vignoble Hotel in Eguisheim for a great stay in Alsace.

As a budget traveler, I loved the comfortable bed, hot water shower, and excellent breakfast. The small fridge in the room was also a plus.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints at all.
