The breathtaking surroundings of Hotel Termales Del Ruiz made me feel like I was in paradise. The thermal pools were a true oasis of relaxation, and I even had the opportunity to feed hummingbirds right from my hand. The restaurant served delicious food, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with oversized pillows. The serving staff was always friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous and relaxing getaway.

This hotel is a hidden gem high up on the slopes of a volcano. The location is breathtaking and offers stunning views down the valley. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms, although lacking wardrobe space, make up for it with private hot tub baths. Additionally, the breakfast served is delicious, providing a great start to the day.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was exceptional and there is very little that could be improved.

Stunning setting, lovely thermal pools, incredible hummingbird feeding stations, good restaurant food, comfortable beds with huge pillows.

Nice scenery view of the mountains and surrounding area and hot spring to relax tired body. Staff are friendly and provide activities for visitors to have fun.

Rooms are not comfortable and a bit outdated. be careful of hidden charges, such as extra insurance added to your bill.
