We loved this place! From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. The location of this hotel is incredible, as it is right on the beach. We enjoyed the beach access and the beautiful views of the Atlantic sea. Additionally, the indoor sea water spa was a highlight of our stay, with its massage pools, hammam, and saunas. this venue provided us with a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Great location by beautiful beach with soft sand and warm water. Amazing spa facilities with heated pool and sauna. Plenty of areas to relax. Nice restaurants and grocery shop nearby. Easy access to San Sebastian and Biarritz.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in a perfect location with a spectacular view of the beach. The family room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. The Thalassotherapie spa was a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The breakfast was sufficient and had a good variety of options. The staff were very helpful and polite throughout our stay. Despite a few minor issues, we were overall pleased with our experience.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, providing easy access to the ocean. The rooms are spacious, with good-sized bathrooms. The staff is friendly and kind. The pool, although slightly outdated, offers a warm sea water experience with jacuzzi-style areas. the hotel provides bathrobes and flip flops for guests to use between the bedroom and the pool.

The breakfast crew could have been more helpful in setting up a table for four.

The beach nearby was amazing and we enjoyed the view from our room. the breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty. We also appreciated the pool.

Such an overpriced hotel for the quality they offer. the air conditioning did not work in our room and the staff was unprofessional when dealing with the problem.

the hotel was amazing, from the friendly staff to the elegant and clean premises. The spacious and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and well-made cocktails were all highlights. The hidden location made it feel private, and the well-equipped fitness room was a bonus. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

The value for our money was fantastic, especially considering the access we had to the amazing spa and facilities. The room was fantastic, with all the necessary amenities, and we especially loved the comfortable bed and soft linens. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were incredible, from the moment we arrived they were friendly and helpful, making our stay extra special.

I recently stayed at Hotel & Spa 4* Serge Blanco for a weekend getaway. The breathtaking sea view from our room was worth the premium. The staff members, except at check-in, were warm and helpful. The bar man was exceptional and the live music added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The spa was fantastic, especially the beautiful steam room. The hotel and décor were lovely, and our room with a balcony was great. The breakfast had a good selection and the location was perfect, at the quiet end of the extensive beach. highly recommended.
