Excellent location, amazing decor, outstanding ski boot room staff, fantastic room comfort, breathtaking views, convenient location.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The ski-in, ski-out location was absolutely fantastic, making it easy for us to hit the slopes every day. The underground garage and helpful concierge were a nice touch as well. We also loved the modern and comfortable rooms, with their stunning views of the mountains.

We found the noise from the piste bashers to be quite loud, especially at night. The temperature in the rooms was also a bit too warm, causing some discomfort during sleep.

As someone with physical handicaps, I was impressed by the hotel's accessibility and facilities. The ski boot room staff were amazing and took great care of my equipment. The comfort of the rooms was fantastic, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. The hotel and its amenities were clean, modern, and spacious. The location was excellent and offered convenient access to everything I needed. the hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests with physical handicaps.

Here, we experienced the pinnacle of luxury hospitality. The exclusive amenities provided surpassed our expectations. The Snack bar and Breakfast offered a vast array of special diet menus. The Sauna, Jacuzzi and Steam room provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The room advantages were truly exclusive, and our needs were catered to in every aspect. The location advantages made it easier to reach and explore the surrounding area.

Our stay was perfect, except for one minor issue. The Spa & wellness centre was small for a hotel of this caliber.

Amazing views from the room, great ski-in-ski-out location, and a friendly staff. The spa area was an excellent way to relax after skiing. We loved the cozy atmosphere of the bar and enjoyed the selection of drinks available to us.

The breakfast had limited options, and some items were not refilled regularly. We were charged extra for some services without any explanation.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the slopes, allowing for easy ski in and ski out access. The views from the upper floor rooms are breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop for your stay. the hotel offers a less formal restaurant downstairs, offering a nice change of pace for meals. The spa facilities include a sauna, steam room, pool, and jacuzzi, all with a great view of the slopes and mountains.

One area where the hotel could improve is the breakfast service, as some reviews mentioned issues with not refreshing empty hot food trays.

our honeymoon at bourg-saint-maurice surpassed expectations. taj-i mah by les etincelles impressed us with the stunning views, attentive staff, and cozy rooms. the ski-in ski-out location was ideal, and the ski shop service was the best we've ever experienced.
