we stayed at Keihan Namba Grande and found it super well presented. the location was convenient, just a short walk to Dotonbori and near Namba station. the room was cozy and the bath was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the hotel staff were friendly and the modern design added to the overall experience.

The hotel I stayed in during my business trip was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, the hotel's location was perfect, it was situated near a train station and flat ground with no road obstacles. Secondly, the hotel's check-in/out service was automated so I didn't need to speak any language other than English and it was eco-friendly. Lastly, the self-service area at the lobby provided toiletries which was very helpful.

Although my stay was great, there were a few minor things that I didn't quite like. Firstly, the café closed quite early making it a bit inconvenient for those who would like a late-night snack. Secondly, the full-length mirror area of the room was too dark to apply makeup and it would have been better if the hotel had provided bright lighting for this section. Lastly, the shower area needed some form of shower curtain so that the bathroom floor wouldn't get wet. However, these were very minor things that didn't greatly impact the overall quality of my stay.
