The general areas are well-maintained and accessible, allowing me to move around freely without any difficulties. The staff, who I affectionately referred to as "the children of the staff," were always kind, helpful, and patient with me throughout my stay.

Just one small improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to provide more seating areas in the lobby or common areas. Sometimes, after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Tours, it would have been nice to have a few more comfortable spots to rest and relax.
