The apartment was incredible - so clean and the bathroom was amazing. The location was mind-blowing - right near the best restaurants. The breakfast place across the road was super delicious. The Netflix for English speakers was jaw-dropping, saved us from Italian TV.

I recently stayed at the charming Piccolo Borgo Antico in Florence for a relaxing vacation. The location was ideal, situated at the base of the Pontevecchio bridge and just a short walk from major museums. The hotel provided a large shower, nespresso coffee in the morning, a room refrigerator, and a comfortable bed with quality bedding. The airport taxi service was excellent and reasonably priced at $27.00. a delightful stay with all the necessary amenities.

this was our second time in florence and our stay at piccolo borgo antico exceeded all expectations. the apartment was even better than the photos, spacious and spotless. the location was fantastic, close to attractions but away from the tourist crowds. highly recommend, will definitely return!

air conditioning could use improvement

My partner and I stayed at Piccolo Borgo Antico for five nights and it was a fantastic experience. The host, Elena, was incredibly helpful and patient, providing us with great recommendations for dining and even organizing an early taxi for our departure. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from Ponte Vecchio, and we loved being able to explore the local restaurants and bars and chat with the friendly locals. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Florence.

The guy who checked me in was there on time to meet me, check me in and answer any questions I had. The location is absolutely fantastic! The apartment is very basic but nicely decorated. If you are there in the winter and don't need the AC, I would say this is a great property and excellent value for money in a fantastic location.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and crisp linens.-Communication with the host was prompt and friendly.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective in cooling the space. The street noise was quite loud and disrupted sleep, especially with the windows open.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and museums within minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large shower and a comfortable bed. The service was excellent, with the staff giving us helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of facilities available for our convenience, such as a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. We also enjoyed a beautiful view from our window.

I had a wonderful experience at Piccolo Borgo Antico. the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and she allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel until our room was ready. She even offered to store our luggage the next day while we explored the city. the location was perfect, just a minute away from Ponte Vecchio, making it easy to get around. Elena, the owner, arranged transport for us from where we parked our car outside the old city. the B&B itself was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. the kitchen was well-stocked, and I especially loved the coffee machine. There were plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. No issues with the wifi either. a fantastic stay.

the apartment was comfortable and in a great location. we parked our car at their garage and had antonio drive us to the apartment, which was great as i'd hate to drive there myself. elena was full of useful information when we arrived and thereafter. bed was comfortable, wifi was good.

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The location was incredibly central, making it easy for us to explore the historic downtown and visit popular tourist spots like Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. We also had a comfortable bed and room, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The contactless check-in and check-out process was convenient, and we appreciated the presence of a lift. we had a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Florence.

We did experience some drawbacks during our stay. The central location meant that there was a lot of vehicle traffic on the cobblestone streets, resulting in some noise late into the night, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.
