I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the surrounding area. The attention to detail was noticeable, from the nicely renovated rooms to the basic amenities provided. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the old historic center on foot and also providing easy access to the ski slopes in the valley.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I found no major issues.

For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable, but what really impressed us was the little balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance to the historic center and in a lively neighborhood with plenty of dining options.

For an overnight "Grand Tour Des Alpes" stopover, the Hotel Vauban is a great choice. The location is convenient, with a supermarket and laundrette nearby. The staff are helpful and look after the arrangements for securing the storage of motorbikes.

The outside of the hotel needs to be cleaned to get rid of discarded cigarettes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were completely renovated and had excellent beds. The beautiful bathroom was a great addition. The hotel facilities included a restaurant on the ground level and there were several other restaurants within walking distance in the city center. The breakfast provided by the hotel was perfect for cyclists like me. The hotel also had garaged bike parking, which was very convenient. The staff took care of securing the storage of my bike, which was a relief. The dedicated parking facilities were a plus. The location was great, with a large supermarket and a laundrette nearby. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation options, and location made my stay enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great experience at Vauban Briancon Serre Chevalier. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and sports complex. Inside, the hotel has a clean and modern design. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Despite the rooms not having air conditioning, they were still comfortable in the July heat. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Briancon.

The hotel was conveniently located near to the ski lift and had automated blinds for sleeping in complete darkness. the breakfast offered a decent continental selection with quality breads and cheeses. We also enjoyed the free parking for our rental car.

the dinner menu had only one meat choice each night and the quality was mediocre at best, which made us dine outside the hotel most evenings.
