We had a fantastic time at Voulezvous By Les Etincelles. the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of charcuteries, breads, and omelettes made to order. the staff were polite and accommodating, going out of their way to help us with any requests. the sports shop staff were exceptional, providing helpful guidance on ski routes and weather conditions. the reception and bar area were pleasant and relaxing. a very enjoyable experience with top-notch service.

I recently stayed at Voulezvous By Les Etincelles for a week and it was perfect! The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the slopes. We've just returned from a luxurious stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with the exclusive amenities and attentive service. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering a range of indulgent treatments including full body massages and body wraps. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also relaxing ways to unwind after a day on the slopes.

the polite and willing-to-help staff were quick to rectify this.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the stunning mountain views from our room and the convenience of the hotel's rental shop. the hotel's location was also great, being only a short walk away from the ski slopes, making it easy to hit the slopes early in the morning. we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who always tried their best to fulfill our requests.

the basic rooms and limited sport shop options left a bit to be desired. while our stay had its drawbacks, we still enjoyed our experience and would recommend the hotel to others.
