We had a fantastic time at Voulezvous By Les Etincelles. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of charcuteries, breads, and omelettes made to order. The staff were polite and accommodating, going out of their way to help us with any requests. The sports shop staff were exceptional, providing helpful guidance on ski routes and weather conditions. The reception and bar area were pleasant and relaxing. a very enjoyable experience with top-notch service.

The dinner selection at the restaurant was delicious, and we appreciated the option to try other included restaurants. The valet service was a convenient addition, making our stay even more seamless. we had an unforgettable experience at this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

I recently stayed at Voulezvous By Les Etincelles for a week and it was perfect! The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the slopes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in the ski room. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and the spa was clean and relaxing. The lobby bar was cozy with live music and a fireplace. The restaurant dinner selection was excellent. I appreciated the valet service and the convenient shuttle around Le Lac and Val Claret. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

We've just returned from a luxurious stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with the exclusive amenities and attentive service. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering a range of indulgent treatments including full body massages and body wraps. The indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also relaxing ways to unwind after a day on the slopes. The restaurant served up delicious meals, including special diet menus, and the room service breakfast was a lovely alternative.

While our stay here was exceptional, we did encounter one minor issue with the room not being replenished with enough shower gels and shampoos. However, the polite and willing-to-help staff were quick to rectify this.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the stunning mountain views from our room and the convenience of the hotel's rental shop. The hotel's location was also great, being only a short walk away from the ski slopes, making it easy to hit the slopes early in the morning. we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who always tried their best to fulfill our requests.

We were disappointed that the choice of restaurants was limited and, at times, not up to our expected standards. the basic rooms and limited sport shop options left a bit to be desired.

The hotel's food was excellent, with a broad breakfast choice and delicious evening meals. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, and the dessert buffet was a highlight. The ski boot concierge service was a luxury, and the staff overall were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
