We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, being very close to the city center and in the center of the city. We loved having breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, and there were plenty of cafes nearby for a quick coffee. The staff was super helpful, accommodating our needs for a baby cot, high chair, and a shuttle with a baby safety seat. The communication with the hotel was fast and efficient, and the check-in process was easy. The apartment itself was new, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The shower was spacious and always had hot water. The balcony was a big plus, perfect for enjoying breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique apartment in Heraklion. the location was a bit further out from the main attractions, but still within walking distance for most places. the apartment itself was clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping team who went above and beyond to assist us. They even helped us with the Greek language, which was greatly appreciated. a great location, comfortable stay, and excellent service.

We stayed at Raise Heraklion Boutique for our recent trip to Heraklion. The accommodation was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the city center and had great eateries and a supermarket nearby. We were able to easily catch a bus to Kronos from a nearby bus stop. The apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic balcony. The owners were very responsive and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Parking was never a problem on the nearby streets.

Raise Heraklion Boutique Apartments exceeded all my expectations. the apartment was absolutely perfect in every way. It was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kettle, fridge. the location was excellent, close to the city center, bus stops, and a bus station. There were also plenty of nice places to eat or grab a coffee nearby. Despite being on a busy street, once I closed the balcony door, the apartment was completely soundproof. the communication from the staff was also excellent, providing all the necessary information in a timely manner. I felt safe and secure in the building and the surrounding area.
