such a 'luxurious' place but really lacking. the breakfast lines are a joke—waiting forever for cold eggs? I expected complimentary upgarde or something for the inconvenience! also, my card was double-charged—it's a 5-star hotel, not a circus! beautiful location but the service is an absolute joke. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

the hyatt regency had a fantastic indoor heated pool and comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. it’s just a short stroll to the beautiful promenades des anglais. the early check-in was a lifesaver, especially with the rainy weather on my arrival. such thoughtful service really made my stay better!

From the moment we stepped in, the warm smiles from the staff made us feel at home. Breakfast was delightful, with the aroma of fresh pastries lingering throughout the lobby. One evening, we enjoyed stunning sea-view balcony dinners that left us in awe!

Lovely stay with a few hiccups

Had a nice time but check-in was chaotic. Room had a funky smell and the A/C didn't work great. Food at the bar was tasty, pretty enjoyed my snacks there. The location is spot on for seafront strolls, but the noise from the club nearby was kinda annoying. Staff were nice, though, which helped!

Inquire about the private beach arrangements at check-in for seamless use of sun loungers and dining service right by the water.

The decor and furniture are outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment!!! Room cleanliness was often unsatisfactory, and the lack of sufficient toiletries and amenities didn't meet 5-star expectations!!! Parking charges at €30 per day feel excessively steep!!!

The staff were really incredible, especially the concierge who helped me figure out the bike share system. Nice little details like complimentary water every day made us feel special. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the decor just set such a nice vibe!

Only downside was the entrance, it was a bit sneaky by the casino, had us going in circles at first!

Yo, best vibes at this spot! The lobby hit you with this dope scent, right? And that breakfast? Seriously, roasted ham daily? Don’t even get me started on our sea-view balcony dinners—so chill! Just wish there were more drawers in the room. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time relaxing by the pool and enjoyed some amazing rooftop breakfast with stunning views that made our mornings special. The spa area was a nice bonus for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the outdoor lounge had cozy sun loungers to soak in the sun. A minor hiccup was that the elevator was a bit slow during busy hours, but it didn’t take away from our enjoyable stay! 🌞

Location was perfect with walking distance to beaches and shops. Our family enjoyed the spacious room and amazing balcony!

this hotel is just epic! the staff is super friendly and gave us a slice of cake for our bday, which was a sweet touch! breakfast had so many options we kinda overdid it, lol! loved chilling by the heated pool, and the view from the balcony was just wow! overall, a great stay, can’t wait to come back!

the mini bar charges are sneaky, we left drinks out and got charged. also, the bar prices felt a bit too high for my liking.
