The hotel is conveniently located in the western suburbs very close to a train station providing easy access to downtown Chicago. the breakfast buffet is good, and the bedding is comfortable. Some past guests were happy with the shuttle service and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Some guests have reported issues with poor housekeeping, including inconsistent garbage disposal, unclean drawers, and lack of towel replacement.

The hotel provided an easy-to-use airport shuttle, which was a huge convenience for me. It made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's location was near the airport, making it even more convenient for travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay went smoothly. The cleanliness of the hotel was also outstanding, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was fantastic. There were plenty of options to choose from, including fruit, pastries, eggs, and more.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to the train stop, making it convenient to explore downtown without the hassle of parking and traffic. The hotel also offers a two-hour pass for the Blue CTA bus line, allowing for quick stops along Michigan Ave.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a quick overnight trip with my family. The desk clerk, Robert, was excellent and gave us helpful advice about alternative routes due to road delays. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options. The staff went above and beyond, especially considering the circumstances surrounding our stay. The room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. We were grateful for the late check-in and enjoyed a quick dip in the pool before check out.

We were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They arranged transportation to our concert venue and even printed out a route for us to get to the aquarium via public transportation. The hotel also offered a private airport shuttle, making it convenient for us to get to and from the airport. Additionally, the breakfast had plenty of options and the dining area was clean. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the airport and easy to get to the Chicago Blue line train for travel to downtown.

The Springhill Suites By Marriott Chicago O'Hare in Rosemont was an excellent stay! The free breakfast was delicious, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for attending the nearby con. The Front Desk Agent, who was kind and professional, made us feel welcomed and excited to return. The shuttle bus service, along with the nearby supermarket, was incredibly convenient.

Was impressed with front desk staff and the spacious and well-designed room. the shower had great water pressure and the bed was super comfy, allowing for a great night's sleep. the breakfast staff was friendly and attentive. Convenient shuttle service to the nearby metro station and airport.

Had a slight issue with airport transportation as they had to call someone to pick us up. Wish there was a sidewalk to the train station, had to take a longer route.

The included breakfast was a great bonus, and I appreciated having three towels provided in the rooms. it was a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
