We had a fantastic time exploring the old town and La Citadelle, thanks to the excellent location of the hotel. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for us. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, providing us with helpful tips for sightseeing and dining. The room was spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, although it could use a bit more variety.

The bathroom in the room was a bit small and the shower could have been more spacious.

During our stay at Ibis, we were fortunate to have Madame Chantal Louveau assist us. Her exceptional professionalism and genuine friendliness made our trip truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience in Besancon. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and its attractions. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, although it could have been better replenished. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel. our stay at Ibis was fantastic.

This hotel is great value for money, located right in the city center. The staff is very helpful and the rooms have a functional design with excellent showers. The breakfast menu is fantastic with a wide selection.

We stayed at a great hotel in the heart of town. the showers were brilliant, with easy electronic buttons and powerful water pressure. the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were very pleasant. the hotel is ideally located for exploring the town on foot and visiting the nearby castle. We found plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including a lovely Lebanese spot. the on-site parking was convenient and secure. the recently renovated room was small but comfortable and clean, perfect for a short stay. We enjoyed the view of the hilltop fortress from our room.

During our Christmas holiday, we stayed at a hotel with a great location that was close to many shops and restaurants. We especially liked the fact that there was a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from and they served delicious coffee. the staff was very welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The parking lot entrance was quite small, so it was difficult for cars to maneuver in, especially larger vehicles. the heating/cooling device in the room emitted a bright green light that was bothersome during the night, making it hard to sleep.

We had a comfortable stay at Ibis. the room was cozy with comfortable beds and nice bedding. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, as we didn't hear any noise from our neighbors or the hallway. the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel's location is fantastic, with the city center, market, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. the closed parking courtyard was also very convenient for us. it was a good experience and we look forward to coming back.

Excellent location, right next to the tram and easy to park the car. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and suited our needs. the showers were brilliant, with easy electronic buttons and powerful water pressure. Breakfast was good, with a plentiful buffet. the hotel is ideally located for walking into the town center and visiting the castle. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. the enclosed parking provided by the hotel is convenient and ensures the safety of the car.
