Clean room, comfortable bed, with a spacious shower and great 24-hour reception service, making our short stay enjoyable and stress-free, especially with the tram stop conveniently located right outside for easy access to the airport.

My stay was quite disappointing overall. The room had serious cleanliness issues with mold on the walls, especially in the bathroom. It didn't help that the shower and sink were in the same space, creating a cramped and unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the room was overly warm, and the AC was ineffective until I figured out how to use the key card for electricity. Lastly, I found it frustrating that the elevators also required a key, which was inconvenient. Overall, the experience was not worth the price paid.

The receptionists should have better management during busy check-ins. More information about city events in the lobby would enhance the experience!!! A simple notice about the intercom issue would go a long way!!!

I had a great experience during my stay. The staff helped me with an early check-in, which was unexpected and made my arrival smoother. The location was perfect for getting around. I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the cheese and croissants. Traveling from Italy, I appreciated the easy access to the train station and tram stop right outside.

the hotel is super close to the lyon train station, like literally next door. the room was clean and cozy with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. they had a cool lighting system too. plus, great sound insulation, we could barely hear the train noise. for the price, it’s totally worth it!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the train station. We visited the nearby Old Town and had a cozy night after exploring. The rooms were clean and functional. The staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, breakfast is basic, but affordable!

We had an issue getting in when the sliding door was locked, and it took a while for someone to let us in. It was frustrating, especially with the check-in hustle going on.
