This hotel is conveniently located near the RER station, making it easy to access the city. It is also situated in a commercial area, offering plenty of options for shopping and dining. Additionally, there is a temporary bus stop for the 138 bus right outside the hotel, providing even more transportation options. The rooms are clean and well-presented, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The continental breakfast is more than adequate, and free WiFi is available.

The surrounding area may not be very interesting or appealing.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Epinay-sur-Seine for a business trip. The hotel was really neat and clean, with a good-sized room and a great street view. The staff, especially receptionist Kelly, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Kelly went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, such as getting me a queen size bed instead of twin beds and arranging for an early check-in. She even helped me find a taxi when Uber was unavailable. The room was always cleaned when I was away, without any disturbance. The hotel is also conveniently located near the metro station and has secure parking. The breakfast was basic but good, with the highlight being the ability to cook your own eggs and the availability of fresh fruit.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a suburb North West of Paris. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a 3-star hotel. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch, with attention to detail in every aspect. The rooms had bright, fresh, modern decor and the huge bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The basic amenities were all provided, making it a convenient and hassle-free stay. The breakfast, included in the half board basis, was served promptly at 7.15am and had a good variety of options.

Location could be improved, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Stayed for a city break which was enhanced by the proximity to the train station providing easy access to central Paris. the room was modern with a comfortable bed and a well-laid-out bathroom. the staff were friendly and accommodated the guests' needs. the breakfast was good with typical French breakfast foods.

The wifi was unreliable and the TV channels were limited, giving little access to English channels or news. the restaurant menu was limited, and the prices were high for drinks.

We found the location of the hotel a bit intimidating and didn't feel safe venturing out at night. However, the continental breakfast provided was very good and we were impressed with the easy access to public transport, which made it convenient to reach destinations in Paris. The rooms were clean and the service provided by the staff was satisfactory. We also enjoyed the boat trip and the excellent driver on our coach trip, Dave, who navigated through the traffic with ease. It was a tiring 15-hour journey from our pick-up point to the hotel, but we had a good time with our friendly fellow travelers.

Disappointingly, there were no vegetarian options available for evening meals, which was a letdown for us as vegetarians.
