The steep hill to the beach is quite a challenge for those with mobility issues!!! Signage in various languages is sorely lacking for an international hotel!!! Room service menu is disappointingly limited, and the bar could also use more options!!!

Our Premier King Room with Hot Spring Bath offered an incredible ocean view, making our mornings truly special.

The private onsen was not well-maintained, with dead insects floating when we returned after dinner. better ongoing management could prevent this issue.

The rooms are spacious and the hot spring facilities are fantastic,,, with ocean views that make for memorable mornings. The on-site dining options were diverse and satisfying, with a lovely breakfast buffet.

The pool was underwhelming, only open during specific months,, and often overcrowded. Also, the restaurant vibe felt less intimate, akin to a cafeteria, which didn’t match the pricing.

During my stay, I appreciated the staff who were helpful. One staff member drove us through the rain to catch our bus, which was a relief. The room had a sea view, and I found some quiet moments enjoying the open-air bath with beautiful views. I loved Shirahama beach and the local restaurants. The long experience of exploring the area was enjoyable, especially as a traveler from Italy.

This place suits me perfectly! The amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, full body massage, and spa center provide everything I need. The staff was incredibly helpful, even finding my lost bracelet. I'm coming back for a business trip.
