Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great variety for breakfast, clean pool, ideal location near Cognac and motorways.

During our stay at Ibis Styles in Chateaubernard, we had a fantastic breakfast experience. The buffet offered a delicious variety of fresh bread, tasty jams, and delightful cheeses. The scrambled eggs were surprisingly good. The friendly and cheerful service added to the pleasant ambiance of the dining area. the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Although the location of the hotel is a 20-minute walk from Cognac town center, it was worth it for the delicious morning meal. Despite a lack of good quality restaurants within close proximity, I highly recommend a stay of 2 or 3 nights at this hotel, especially if you plan on exploring the town with a leisurely walk and returning via a taxi. Additionally, the spacious rooms and good value bar contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The excellent WiFi allowed us to stay connected, and although we didn't use the pool, others seemed to be enjoying it. I'm happy to recommend this hotel for its great service, spacious rooms, and convenient base for exploring the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities and a comfortable double bed. The breakfast options were impressive, with a great variety of food including delicious scrambled eggs and fresh orange juices. I was also impressed by the attention to detail and the value for money offered by this hotel.

The parking lot was spacious and free. the bathroom was clean. the location was convenient to get to by car and close to the highway exit, which meant it was easy to leave. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of options, including fresh orange juice and decent coffee.

We were expecting a lively New Year's Eve party but the hotel felt completely dead. the staff was not friendly or enthusiastic about the holiday.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the fantastic pool and plenty of beds and tables for relaxing. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast selection exceeded our expectations. The location had good links to nearby towns.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds and an excellent shower. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of options including freshly squeezed orange juice and surprisingly good scrambled eggs.
