We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned twice a day. The hotel facilities were excellent, complete with a beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzi on the ground floor. The adjacent outdoor area was perfect for relaxing on the lounge chairs, especially on a sunny winter day. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal, close to the Jura Mountain and just a 15-minute drive from Geneva. We also enjoyed a wonderful Sunday lunch at Jiva Hill, taking in the stunning surroundings.

During our weekend getaway, my friends and I had a delightful time at a luxurious hotel nestled in a serene garden not far from Geneva airport. The Italian restaurant on-site offered exquisite cuisine, providing us with a taste of culinary perfection. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, complete with stunning bathrooms that added a touch of elegance to our stay. The attentive and friendly service exceeded our expectations, ensuring that we felt pampered and well taken care of. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, giving us a delightful start to our mornings. We were also able to relax and unwind in the pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, enjoying the hotel's excellent leisure facilities.

The unsupervised pool occasionally became crowded with children, limiting our ability to fully relax and unwind at the end of the day.

Our Christmas vacation couldn't have been better. the breakfast selection was excellent and the complimentary water provided every day was a nice touch. the stunning views of the mountains and the peaceful surroundings were a perfect escape from the holiday hustle and bustle. its proximity to the airport and the Palexpo was very convenient.

The housekeeping service was slow and inconsistent, as the towels were not replaced regularly and the coffee and tea were not refilled every day. the spa area was quite small and crowded, with limited lounge chairs and amenities.

The upgrade to a suite was perfect. High-quality design and materials in the rooms. Great golf course and entertainment room. Amazing indoor and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi. Friendly and proactive staff, always smiling and passionate. Fantastic facilities like the cinema, kids playing room, biking, and golf area. Wonderful food. Cool metallic bottles as a parting gift.

During my stay at Jiva Hill Resort, I was amazed by the breathtaking view from my room's balcony. The spacious and well-appointed room made me feel like royalty. The breakfast spread was delicious and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. The serene and remote location provided the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. I highly recommend this hidden gem near Geneva for a five-star experience.

We spent a wonderful weekend in a luxurious hotel surrounded by greenery and tranquility, only a short drive away from Geneva. the indoor swimming pool was perfectly maintained and offered exclusive amenities such as jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. the Spa & wellness center was outstanding, offering a variety of relaxing massages and treatments. We loved the sun terrace with comfortable loungers and beach umbrellas. the private facilities in our room were exceptional, including a large sunbathing terrace with great views.
