The location was perfect, with easy access to all the hotspots in the city and close to the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of towels and a shower plus a bath in the toilet.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast offerings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with the center of town just a short walk away, offering numerous restaurants and bars. On top of that, on weekends, we were able to park for free around the hotel, and there was also a garage available on-site. The hotel facilities were great as well, with room service taking place twice a day. The room itself was very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as two free bottles of water per day and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. The staff, from the bell boy to the concierge, were professional, extremely helpful, and made our anniversary celebration even more special. We were given a complimentary upgrade and received fruits, juice, and cake. A big thank you to Miss Elissa for her exceptional service!

The rooms were outdated and had a worn-out feel. the hotel lacked certain amenities, such as an executive lounge and a rooftop pool with nice views.

During our New Year's stay, we were delighted with the complimentary WiFi and buffet breakfast offered at the hotel. the WiFi allowed us to stay connected and share our holiday moments with friends and family. Additionally, the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cannes. The location was superb, directly opposite the beach and on the oceanfront boulevard. We were able to easily access the Palais des Festivals, the docks where boat tours leave, many of the restaurants, and the old town. The hotel facilities were great, especially the roof terrace with pool and bar. The ambiance was contempory modern and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the balcony, even though it was small. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

As a couple visiting Cannes for a few days, we had a fantastic stay at Jw Marriott. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean with a nice bathroom. Parking was easy as it's just next door with direct access to the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of designer shops, and the rooftop pool was well-equipped with chairs and towels.

We were initially unsure about the hotel's exterior, but once inside, we were blown away. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Palais and other top hotels. While there were a few minor surprises, like paid lobby coffee and no beach service, these didn't overshadow the overall amazing experience at JW Marriott Cannes. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent trip to Cannes, I decided to stay at a 5-star hotel to truly indulge myself. I chose the JW Marriott, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.

Although the JW Marriott doesn't have its own private beach, they recommended Plage 45, which was just across the road. I spent blissful hours there, enjoying the sun and the crystal-clear water.

The location is perfect, close to everything! The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. The room is amazing and I didn't want to leave. Truly a memorable stay in Cannes!

The carpets throughout the hotel were in need of a thorough cleaning, with visible stains and dirt in hallways and rooms. the interior hallways appeared old and worn, with scuff marks on the walls.
