the staff at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit - Sha Extra Plus were outstanding and made me feel right at home. From the friendly and helpful staff at the Club Lounge , to the door staff who were always welcoming, and the breakfast buffet staff who served a great selection of food, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the location of the hotel is also very convenient, just a short walk from the BTS and MRT stations. the Carlton Club room I stayed in was comfortable, and I enjoyed the additional benefits and privileges offered. the gym and pool were excellent, and the staff was attentive and professional. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options, and the coffee at Tuxedo Espresso Bar was exceptional.

We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast.

The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the Tuxedo restaurant provided exceptional service. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room immaculate. Let's Relax Spa was professional and I visited daily. the service was top-notch and deserving of 10 stars.
