the rooftop swimming pool is an incredible place to unwind and enjoy the views. check-in was a bit slow due to a large group arriving.

However, the initial experience was rocky. I encountered a miscommunication regarding room preferences, resulting in a less-than-ideal view from my bed. Additionally, the late checkout situation added frustration.

I was really disappointed with the gym's cleanliness. old sweat stains on the equipment were pretty off-putting. We also faced a frustrating situation with late checkout as the reservation officer had told us it was possible, but then the hotel charged us extra without proper communication. Additionally, there was a huge cellular antenna visible from our room, which made us quite uncomfortable during our stay, especially with our kids around.

i thought i was staying at a luxurious 5-star hotel, but instead was met with unhelpful staff who can’t even warm up outside food. to add insult to injury, i was charged for a nonexistent stain from temporary hair color, and i received no apology. this place really needs to elevate their service or they should rethink it all.

Had a great experience, the rooftop bar plays good music and was not too noisy, perfect for a romantic evening! The breakfast spread was impressive, I even tried those 100-year-old eggs, quite the adventure!

I enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop swimming pool after a busy day exploring the local area, which was a welcomed break. I also appreciated the personalised check-in that made me feel at home. The dining options were notable, especially the buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes. My partner and I loved the nighttime atmosphere while sipping cocktails. I noticed the staff were friendly and attentive.

Spent 4 nights in this stunning place! The room had a heated toilet with a fancy control panel, super cool! Also loved the glass wall in the bath for sunset views. The location is perfect, really close to everything! Only wish I had more time to explore the breakfast options. Check-in was kinda slow tho.

The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the new shopping center. We checked out some great coffee shops nearby. The staff were friendly and really made our stay enjoyable. I'd recommend trying the rooftop bar for some relaxing vibes after exploring the city.

However, I found the breakfast price quite steep at 800 baht, which we decided to skip. Despite this, everything else was smooth during our stay.
