I recently stayed at a hotel in Clermont-Ferrand and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always being helpful and friendly. The basic amenities were all there, and despite the slightly gloomy appearance, the hotel was actually very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean and basic, but what really impressed me was the surprisingly great quality of the beds and linen. I had the best night's sleep in ages! Additionally, the location was perfect for me as it was easy to find and right in the middle of a bustling area with lots of restaurants and attractions.

During our stay at Kyriad, I had a terrifying experience of getting stuck in the elevator. However, thanks to the quick response of the staff, I was rescued within an hour. They showed genuine concern for our well-being and even offered us a drink at the bar afterwards. Despite this unfortunate incident, the rest of our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel's location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
