This hotel is perfectly situated in the center of quiet Kientzheim, surrounded by the beautiful vineyards of Alsace. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with the added bonus of having a terrace that offers an excellent view of the nearby grand cru vineyards. We were pleasantly surprised that they provided us with a non-private terrace, perfect for enjoying the stunning scenery. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to bring our toddler along at no extra charge. The bathrooms were nice and the breakfast included was a great start to the day.

Had a romantic getaway in this medieval town and it was lovely. the structure of the hotel was beautiful with vibrant colors that added even more charm to the location. the parking lot, although limited, was free and convenient for our car. the hotel was in the perfect location for us to visit many of the château ruins in the area.

The receptionist could not help us with the issue, and we were not able to use it in our room. We even had to go to the first floor living room to have any internet connection.
