I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from our 6th-floor room was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect, right by the lake and within walking distance of the charming old town. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Despite the disappointments, there were a few positive things about my stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was conveniently located near key attractions and offered beautiful views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the parking facilities were excellent, making it easy for me to bring my car and explore the town. These were definite highlights of my stay and helped to make up for some of the drawbacks.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Annecy for Christmas, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I arrived at the hotel at 4 PM, the designated check, in time, only to be told that my room was not ready yet.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel by Annecy lake. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautifully decorated interior and a clean and modern spa. The location was perfect, right alongside the lake and just a short walk into the old town. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the security and concierge. They made me feel welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. I had booked a room with a garden view, but upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a lake view room. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and I couldn't have asked for a better room. The amenities in the room, such as the tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, and snacks, were a nice touch. The bathroom had good quality cosmetics, and I enjoyed the comfort of the bathrobe and slippers provided. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time at this place! The location on the lake was breathtaking and we loved being able to stroll along the bike trail and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We particularly appreciated the room service and laundry facilities, as well as the wake-up service in the mornings. The room was spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. The mini-bar was a nice touch and the turndown service added an extra level of luxury. We also loved spending time on the terrace, taking in the stunning views of the lake. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of location, service, and amenities.

The hotel is very old and has an outdated decor that urgently needs renovation. the TV was very old and didn't work properly, and we were never able to get it fixed.
