Perfect location for a day testing champagne, we stayed in Paris room which was on 2nd floor with lovely view from the bathroom. It was lovely and quiet and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too amazing croissants ?. The bedroom was gorgeous, and the bathroom humongous. Everything looked like it had been recently updated, and the bed was super comfy. Also they had some gorgeous chocolates on the side so we went and bought more from the local chocolatier. Perfect location on the Avenue de la Champagne and great complimentary parking. Excellent new apartments and rooms right near the center of town and main champagne facilities. Family apartment was excellent. no parking on site, but the owners provide parking down the street and I was able to park across the street for not much money. Breakfast was wonderful! Perfect location at the top of Avenue de Champagne in Epernay. Close to pretty much everything you might want to do in town.It's not a huge chain hotel, and doesn't have a large number of rooms. We had two rooms, on separate floors, which suited us fine. The rooms were large enough for two persons with suitcases. Clean and comfy. One room had a safe, the other didn't, not sure if this was a coincidence, but I'm sure it could be discussed with the staff if needed. Wasn't an issue for us. We had dinner in the evening. Mainly a tapas-based menu, which was perfectly fine. The portions were large and filling, and went well with a bottle of Champagne.Breakfast was good. Very bread-based, but with high quality bread. Not a huge selection as in larger resort hotels, but what they had was high quality, and definitely enough to fill anyone up, and there was something for everyone.The staff was friendly and efficient. We were called on the day of arrival. There is a gap in the afternoon when the reception isn't staffed. We weren't aware of this, but since they called and informed us we could plan accordingly. It's understandable, since it's a small establishment. The hotel has a collaboration with a Champagne house down the road - A. Bergere - definitely worth a visit as well.Definitely recommended for a few days' stay in Epernay.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a stunning view of the balloon across the street. the staff were friendly and professional, and the restaurant served exceptional food and wine. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the lovely outdoor patio for enjoying champagne. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at La Cave De L'Avenue De Champagne for a family trip and it was perfect. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, offering great value compared to other hotels in the area. The location was unbeatable, right on the Avenue with easy access to champagne houses. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

The location was perfect, right on Ave. de Champagne and just a short walk to the city center. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with updated bathrooms. the breakfast provided was adequate, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated that they could prepare cooked eggs upon request. it was a nice boutique hotel and I would highly recommend it.

I had a great stay at a charming bed & breakfast in the heart of Epernay. The location was perfect, just steps away from famous champagne houses and the Avenue of Champagne. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the tall ceilings and large windows in my room. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed starting my day with a nice meal. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a central location and comfortable accommodations.

We had a great stay at La Cave De L'Avenue De Champagne Bed & Breakfast. the location was excellent, right at the start of the city center and at the bottom of Avenue de Champagne, the best street in town. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely high ceiling and a large bed. the bathroom was very large with a great shower. the breakfast was fantastic, with a first-class selection of local produce.

our recent stay in epernay was made even better by our experience at this charming bed & breakfast. the central location, spacious rooms, and pet-friendly atmosphere exceeded our expectations. the staff, especially jessica, were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. the continental breakfast with delicious french bread was a delightful touch. we will definitely return.

parking instructions could have been clearer

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right at the bottom of the famous Avenue de Champagne. We were able to easily explore the center of town and visit the nearby champagne houses. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, particularly during breakfast service. the breakfast itself was first class, with a variety of options and delicious food. We also loved the spacious and modern rooms, which were well-appointed and spotless.

One small gripe was that the shampoo was not replenished during our 3-night stay. It would have been nice to have fresh supplies each day.
