I recently stayed at Palacete Chafariz Del Rei - By Unlock Hotels for a few nights and it was an absolute delight. The hotel, housed in a charming 1909 home, was beautifully decorated and oozed charm. Its location in the old area was perfect, with easy walking distance to the big square and many fado places. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The breakfasts were truly outstanding, offering a delicious start to our day. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay.

This beautiful hotel is located in the oldest neighborhood of Lisbon, just a short walk away from the famous St. George Castle and the city center. It is conveniently situated in a narrow alley of the old district of Alfama, making it a perfect base for exploring all the major sites. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great beds and fantastic showers. The breakfast served in the beautiful dining area is delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant.

The hotel could benefit from adding more facilities or amenities for its guests.

The hotel is stunning, located in a prime area with exceptional service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, and there's a complimentary mini bar. The private driver is knowledgeable and the hotel provides a taxi transfer option.

This venue is a luxurious dream, offering exclusive amenities that met all our desires. the service was exceptional, providing us with in-room breakfast and an amazing massage experience. the room advantages were outstanding, featuring private facilities and an exquisite bar/lounge area for relaxation.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of beach access, but the location advantages more than made up for it. the hotel is situated in a prime location, in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants and cultural attractions.

Beautifully renovated boutique hotel with antique furniture and high ceilings. the staff made us feel very welcome, with a bouquet of roses for my fiancé. Excellent breakfast until noon with fresh juice and great cappuccino every morning. the hotel is located in a historic district with narrow cobbled streets, small cafes, and steep stairs.

The bed and pillows were of medium quality and not up to the rest of the hotel. There was some noise from nearby building renovations, although not a major disturbance.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the stunning art deco and Mauresque style of the Palacete. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's design is truly breathtaking. The service and hosting provided by Ruiz, Maria, and Rafaëlla were outstanding, making us feel warmly welcomed and at ease. The suite "Ameya" offered a comfortable setup with a balcony overlooking the Tagus and the biggest shower we've ever seen. The breakfast was delicious and served promptly, and we felt like we were walking in our own home throughout the different rooms of the Palacete. The price/quality ratio was fabulous!
