The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well throughout our 4-night stay. The hotel staff, especially Anne and Isabel, provided us with valuable advice for our trip. The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from Bordeaux's city center. We also appreciated the option of indoor and safe parking for our car, which only cost an additional 15 Euros per day.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff was attentive. it was a pleasant stay with great service.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. the room was comfortable and the bed was very cozy. the receptionist, Isabela, was incredibly helpful and arranged a restaurant reservation and taxis for our group of 10. the hotel's garden view was beautiful and the toiletries provided were top-notch. the breakfast had a wide selection of delicious options, including bread, cheese, ham, cereals, fresh fruit. the receptionists, Isabelle and Edith, were excellent and provided helpful recommendations for meals and information about the trams. We also enjoyed having drinks in the pretty garden.

What a great weekend! Two complementary facts offered were such a nice detail, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. the location was key as we were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. Plus, we found a little gem of a restaurant nearby that we would have never found otherwise. the room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed.

The parking was a bit cramped, but we were able to make it work. be aware that the hotel is a bit of a walk from some of the more popular areas, but it wasn't too far and allowed us to explore some new parts of town.
