This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who want to stay in the heart of the city. We can easily walk to the main attractions and services. It’s impossible to miss anything since we are so close to everything. The accommodations are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. they help us with arranging for luggage transfer services and provide great information on where to go. However, the room's curtains are inadequate in providing enough privacy, considering the price of the room.

This hotel has so much to offer for the price! The rooms on the second floor have a GORGEOUS view of the mountainside, and waking up to that every morning was a treat. The location is perfect, right on the main street of this lovely town, with everything you need right below your windows. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, location, service, and basic amenities.

I had a wonderful experience at La Villa Esponda. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a Tourist center and a big supermarket, making it easy to explore the area. Being right across from Saint Jean historic center was a great bonus, especially for pilgrims starting the Camino. The room was modern, attractive, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. It was a pleasant place to stay at the beginning of my journey.

The apartment was well equipped with a small kitchenette which had a full-size coffee maker and all the dishes and silverware you could need. The location was spot on - close to everything and perfect for exploring the area. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and hairdryer provided in the room.

It was a bit challenging to locate the accommodation at first, as the signs were obscured by trees. Another minor downside was the lack of visible parking, but once we found it, everything was smooth sailing.

The keys were conveniently stored in a locker near the door, making it easy for late arrivals. The room I stayed in was comfortable and equipped with a double bed and bunk beds. The hotel also provided kitchen amenities, and there was a large supermarket nearby. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants in the area, offering reasonably priced menus. The room was heated by a functioning air-conditioning system and had a hairdryer and toiletries available. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at La Villa Esponda for a few days during our bike trip. Great location across from the Citadel, perfect for exploring the Pilgrimage Route. The rooms were spacious, allowing us to easily store our bikes. Breakfast buffet, although not included, was conveniently available at a nearby cafe. The friendly owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even though we had already settled in with the key lock system. The annex room was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable stay, especially with the AC during a heatwave. Well worth the price.
