my stay at holiday inn was exceptional. the staff made us feel welcome, especially for our anniversary. the room was spacious with fantastic views of disney park fireworks. the bar staff were amazing, and the food was delicious. everything about this hotel deserves a perfect 10!

Jaime, Jose, Kelly, and Francisco provided top-notch service. Despite minor issues like a dirty bathtub and swimming pool area, the staff's friendliness and delicious food make this hotel worth returning to.

The rooms were very clean and modern, and the added breakfast was made fresh to order, a refreshing change from typical continental breakfasts. the property's proximity to Disney Springs and the warm pool were definite highlights of the stay. One improvement could be offering a more affordable breakfast option besides the buffet.

The cleanliness of the room and the entire facility impressed me, and the staff provided excellent service. The front desk was helpful, even with last-minute requests like a late check-out. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I loved the lit mirror in the bathroom. Additionally, taking advantage of the hotel's perks, like the extra magic hours at Disney, made my trip even more enjoyable.
