The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, making it easy to explore the bustling streets and attractions of the city. it is away from the busy city life, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The tram from the main station is also easily accessible, making transportation convenient. the hotel offers a beautiful outdoor patio where guests can enjoy a drink or brunch, creating a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast buffet layout was a bit strange, with plates not being placed next to the eggs and the need to take them from other tables.

The bed was large and comfortable, and the room had a coffee machine and kettle. The staff were exceptional, providing helpful local information and a complimentary birthday surprise. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable amenities such as spa bath, Hermes toiletries, and free mini bar. Large TV and charming details in the room. Excellent breakfast with natural and tasty produce. Perfect for early check-in. Ideal for recommending to friends and family.

We loved the charm of the hotel and the friendly staff. The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The room, although relatively small, was big enough for us as a young family. The air conditioning system was effective and not too noisy, and we appreciated that it could be manually configured and switched off if needed. The Nespresso machine in the room was a great bonus.

We had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located just off the main pedestrian area, making it a breeze to explore the city on foot. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the cozy lounge area. our experience was fantastic, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

One minor complaint was that the TV in our room didn't have any English channels.

The hotel's location in the city center of this city made it easily accessible by tram from the main station and close to everything in Bordeaux. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the pool in the main area and the hot tub on the balcony, were fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The treats they left in the room were a really nice touch, as was the complimentary wine. The hotel was situated in a very lively part of the city and we had a great view from our window. I also enjoyed using the sauna, it was very relaxing.

I was disappointed to find that the indoor pool was closed due to inclement weather, and there were some misunderstandings at check-in that took a while to sort out. It was a shame because those issues put a bit of a damper on our weekend.
